I got my new Omega 8004 juicer today and I felt compelled to do a video review of it. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I bought it to do mainly vegetables, leafy greens, and a minimal amount of fruit. My daughter has Celiac disease so I was very happy when I found out that I could extrude pasta from this. Gluten-free pasta is kind of expensive so to be able to make that on my own is pretty neat. You can also make sorbets with this machine as well which I have already done. The juice quality coming out is amazing with no noticeable increase in heat and thus less oxidation. The juice also has VERY LITTLE FOAM when it comes out. Again, a HUGE step up from your typical centrifugal juicer. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. My recommendation? Get one of these.
