Hey Lindsay and I were making juice this morning so we decided to share it with all of you! Namaste Here’s the recipe; 1 small handful of organic Dandelion leaves 2 handfuls of spinach 1 handful of blueberries 1 Handful of grapes about 1/2 a teaspoon (or less if you aren’t into it yet) worth of Ginger 1/2 a lemon worth of juice and pulp 7-8 cups of water, depending on how much flavor or volume you want Blend all of it, then strain out pulp. Enjoy!
