(besides water) WITH YOUR JUICER 1 Cucumber 1 Stalk of Celery 1 Bunch of Cilantro Half Bunch of Dandelion Tops from 1 Beet 1/2 of a Beet 1 Lemon Big Thumbs Size Piece of Ginger ADD 1 Heaping Tsp Blue-Green Algae from HEALTHFORCE 1 Tsp worth of Digestive Enzymes from HEALTHFORCE 1 Heaping Tsp of Barley Grass and/or Wheat Grass Powder 1 Heaping Tsp of Chlorella (Optional) Stevia – bout 4 drops Don’t forget to spill the beet juice everywhere and look REALLY close at the foam : )
A delicious iced drink recipe obtained from Kitchen Princess Manga. Ingredients: Any variety of colorful fruit juice, i’m using: Orange/Mango Juice Grape Juice Cherry Juice You also need Ginger ale/apple cider 1) Fill the squares of an ice sube tray half way with water 2) Add juice to each cube, be careful not to over flow. You want a half juice and half water consistency to prevent the cubes from turning into a sorbet texture. 3) Freeze the tray for at least two hours, more is best to keep the cubes firm. 4) Plop out the cubes into a bowl 5) Drop the colored ice cubes into a glass cup and pour ginger ale or apple cider over it. Serve!
