www.rawrrr.com – as part of my raw food diet I’m making a lot of juices, many I just make up on the spot from whatever I have to hand but I’ve decided to vary this a bit and use some of Jason Vale’s juices (www.juicemaster.com). In this video you will see me make his JM Super Juice as featured in his 7lbs in 7 Days book. Squidgy… I love it! You Brits have the greatest accents.

Looks good! You know I’m tempted to put avacodos in my smoothies, but I love eating them too much. They just don’t make it to the blender!!!

Nice video, like your style :)
I love my Oscar juicer too …. but I don’t understand why, oh why, you want to destroy that delicious juice in your blender? Drink it as it is, the minute you’ve finished juicing. It’s much healthier that way and I believe it even tastes better. Or you can add it to whatever you blend after blending :)

@sallysallyg thanks for the comment :) I don’t always blend stuff into my juice, only when I need to ‘chew’ on something more substantial to satisfy any cravings and don’t think blending stuff into it compromises it any way. I always use something cold in the blender such as ice or frozen banana and don’t blend for too long to avoid heating up the juice and drink it right away! mmm
