I love to juice! Nina makes a fresh, organic juice with wholesome, guilt-free ingredients. Ginger is used in this recipe and I think you will love it, if you have yet to try it in your juice. Juicing has been a part of my life everyday for over the last couple of years. I have had tremendous benefits and I have also improved vitality. I’m younger everyday (In my opinion) because of this regimine. You may not have a lot of funds, you may be wealthy, the beauty in this is you don’t have to have a lot of money to start this up for yourself. You will not be nearly as hungry. Your digestive system will reset eventually with patience without any synthetic products. Be creative, don’t add sugar or salt, it’s not needed. Just try it!

So this video is for you guys who not only want to knock out summer thirst, but also want a way to deeply hydrate your skin, get tons of micronutrients, boost your immunity and appease your taste buds! WHILE keeping it low in calories! We make this 2 ingredient juice about 6 times a week. The two ingredients you need are: organic cucumber and organic ginger, that’s it. Juicing it is pretty straight forward as you can see. But there’s a few extra tips! 1. Make sure you use ½ to 1 inch of ginger to one cucumber. 2. Try to use organic ingredients as much as possible, but non-organic is better than nothing. 3. Juice half of the cucumbers, then add ginger, then add the rest of the cucumbers to push any ginger residue all the way through. (ginger is mega healing!) 4. Drink up and enjoy!
